It was a fantastic achievement for Amy Fripp, Charlotte Pitcher and Eleanor Young to qualify for this event. The Competition, which was held in Milton Keynes, included the best gymnasts from each County (Hampshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire) at each Grade 14 - 9.
Amy competed in the Grade 10 Competition and performed well on all 4 apparatus and finished in 6th place overall. Amy also picked up the bronze medal on the Vault for a superbly executed handspring.
Eleanor and Charlotte both performed at Grade 12 and this was the first Regional Grade Final for Eleanor. Both girls put in good performances on bars, only just over half a point from the medal positions. Charlotte was also only 0.5 away from a medal on the floor, with a beautiful performance of her brand new floor routine.
We are very proud of all three gymnasts. Well done girls!!
